Once an Offer and Acceptance has been signed (a written contract is required to close a transaction) it should be delivered or faxed to Mosley Abstract at 479-785-0614 and should contain complete contact information for both buyer and seller.

In addition to any special requirements negotiated in the Contract the following information is required to process the order:

From Seller:
1. Complete contact information and address
2. Copy of prior title policy or Abstract of title
3. Name of present Termite company, if any
4. Detailed information on exisiting mortgages, including name, account numbers, phone numbers to whom payments are made and a copy of the payment coupon.
